What is Web 2.0? - Zoma

What is Web 2.0?
Web 2.0 is a term used to describe a new set of concepts for developing and delivering information. The major philosophies and concepts of Web 2.0 include engaging the user in both design and delivery, embracing constant change as a development cycle versus the traditional notion of upgrades, and reworking services to meet the users in their space (where they are at). Web 2.0 tools make it easy to create content and then share it via the Internet. It also has enhanced the way we communicate and connect with others.

Many have argued that the notion of Web 2.0 is more than just a term used to describe concepts that revolve around the use of technology; it is also a term that can be used to describe both physical and mindset changes that are occurring all around to make professional and personal services more user-centric and inviting. Basically, Web 2.0 is just a new way to be collaborative, customer friendly, and welcoming.
